Thanks for stopping by!

Hi there, I’m Rosalie,

I’m so glad you’re here! I want you to know that I have been in the same place you are right now and that I am here to help you get through it so that you can find balance and happiness in all areas of your life! You deserve it!

After coming out of a 12+ year relationship/marriage, I was having several panic attacks a day, anger that led me to yell at my children all of the time, depression that made me dissociate, body image problems, disordered eating, and so much confusion about what I was suppose to do with my life now that I was a single mother of two children. I KNEW my life needed to change for the better, for myself and for my kids, but how?!

I worked relentlessly on becoming a better version of myself every day (and I still am). I joined a gym, I went to therapy, I had a job that I loved, I found a spiritual path that worked for me, and I had a great support system.

I didn’t get there overnight. I broke it down into little steps. Sometimes I took one step forward, and 5 steps back. Sometimes it was 2 steps forward, and then another two steps forward. It’s been 6 years and I am still putting in work

If you’re reading this, then I can guess some of this is what you’ve been struggling with and you’re looking for help. That’s where I come in. Together, we will look at setbacks and how to overcome them, set goals, and crush them!

As for being a personal trainer, I am currently offering in-home sessions. You don’t even need equipment! If you’re just starting out, then body weight will work just fine and can be very efficient.

I graduated from Seattle Central Community College in the Specialty Dessert and Breads program in 2007, worked in the food industry for over 20 years, and I have been a vegetarian for over 22. I have a passion for creating(and eating) beautiful meals that leave you feeling happy, healthy, and nourished from the inside out. My services as a personal/meal prep chef offer several different types of vegetarian or vegan cuisines with gluten- and allergen-free options. A lot of my free time has been cooking and baking in my own kitchen experimenting with different flavors and ingredients. I have had the privilege of growing up on small farms, learning how to grow, harvest, prepare, and preserve a plethora of produce and animal products. Finding the importance in farm-fresh food has been a large part of my interest in health and wellness and of course, the quality of my cooking. I strive to use local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

I can’t wait to work with you!

Rosalie
